Severoth releases music video for “Сонце зійде (Sunrise Will Come)”
Severoth new album “Шляхом світла” would be released on March 22, 2024 via Avantgarde Music.
Ukrainian atmospheric black metal band Severoth was founded in 2012 in Dnipro (Dnipropetrovsk Oblast) when multi-instrumentalist and composer Severoth (Bezmir, Endless Battle, Морок, Galdur, ex-Skogenstrom) decided to start a new black metal project combining some of his hobbies such as nature, philosophy and Ukrainian poetry, resulting in an ambient/atmospheric project that has released five studio albums to date.
The next album of the project formed by Severoth as the only member of the band is titled Шляхом світла (in English Through The Light) and will go on sale on March 22, 2024 through the Italian label Avantgarde Music. The first and only single from Шляхом світла released to date is titled Сонце зійде (Sunrise Will Come in English) and can be listened to below:
After having debuted in 2015 with the full-length Winterfall (Werewolf Promotion), Severoth released albums regularly in the following years: Самітність (2016, Werewolf Promotion), Forestpaths (2017, Werewolf Promotion), When the Night Falls… (2018, Independent) and Vsesvit (2020, Avantgarde Music), in addition to the Trilogy box set (2019) which includes Severoth‘s first three albums released with Werewolf Promotion.
