Inferno Metal Festival 2024: Gorgoroth replaces At The Gates after canceling some of their tour dates
The organization of the Inferno Metal Festival, which is being held in Norway on March 28 and 31, 2024, has recently announced that, due to the recent cancellations that At The Gates has been forced to make during the dates scheduled between spring and summer of This same year, At The Gates will not be able to perform at the next edition of the festival due to certain reasons beyond the band’s control.
At The Gates posted the following statement on its social networks: “At the Gates has been forced to cancel all shows booked for spring and summer of 2024 due to reasons beyond our control“. As a result of this cancellation, the Inferno Festival has announced that Gorgoroth will be replacing At The Gates, a more than reasonable confirmation although the organization itself has also announced that it will facilitate the return of day tickets for Friday, March 29 for all those who need it.
You can read the statement that the Inferno organization has published on its social networks and on its website: “We regret to inform you that At the Gates has been forced to cancel all upcoming shows in the spring and summer. This also includes Inferno Metal Festival 2024. Norwegian black metal band Gorgoroth will replace At the Gates. Those who have purchased tickets for Friday, the 29th, can request a refund. The refund period will be until 15.02. Festival passes or tickets for other days are not refundable“.

Ticket prices are NOK 3,500 for a 4-day pass and NOK 990 for a single day ticket. You can buy all of them through Ticketmaster. You can also get the Black Metal Bus Sightseeing for 795 NOK, one of the biggest attractions of the festival with a trip to the places that marked the beginning of the legend now known as Norwegian Black Metal led by Cadaver‘s alma mater Anders Odden.
