Beenkerver releases music video for “De Rode Weduwe”
Beenkerver will release his second studio album “De Rode Weduwe” through Vendetta Records on March 1st.
Beenkerver is a black metal band from Gelderland (The Netherlands) formed by a single member, Beenkerver himself (Niels Riethorst), who in turn is part of Plaagdrager and Stormbreker, in addition to having previously been a member of Fangor, I Shall Move the Earth and Heidevolk.
Beenkerver debuted in 2022 with the studio album Ontaard which was independently released in digital format. The following year he released the EP Twee Wolven, this time released through Vendetta Records, and on March 1 he will release his second studio album titled De Rode Weduwe, again through Vendetta Records, whose title track can be listened to below:
De Rode Weduwe has been mixed and mastered by Spenser Morris (Echo Primordium, Panopticon), the album cover is the work of the artist Bram Bruyneel who already gave life to the cover of his previous EP Twee Wolven and who has worked on other occasions with bands like Wallfahrer, Dwaellicht or Teitan. Drummer Joris Nijenhuis (Leaves’ Eyes, Atrocity) has collaborated as a guest artist alongside vocalist Floor Vandenbrande (Neroth) who appears on the song Vergane Rozen.
